Given their website still uses stone-age insecure http-protocol, I don't know who would even access their webpage just get an overview of their services. It's perhaps a proxy of the numerous complaints in reviews of their work that feature multiple instances of carelessness, in this case a singular uncorrected carelessness that spans almost a decade: no s e r i o u s business in the modern world uses that protocol. Pat and team have been our knights in shining armour both times we've used them. When curve balls have been thrown at the last minute (through no fault of their own) they have done everything they can to remedy the situation. Excellent and timely communication, professional service, and a pleasure to do business with. Would recommend.

After I paid the fees, Patricia and her whole team of associates started ignoring my requests for help. Highly disappointed with this shop. Also, they over-charged me for fees, told me it was $1,200 but ended up charging me $2000 all in.

I can always count on Patricia Wright to take care of my clients. There's no one I would trust more and she can she can always make sure that the property title closes. She is simply the best and a fantastic Coal Harbour Location.
