Wonderful Experience, great staff! – My husband and I went to San Antonio for our anniversary just as a weekend getaway. We scheduled a couples massage with Patricia's hoping that the good reviews would mean we would enjoy our experience. (Being from out of town we had no idea what part of town this was in, didn't know anyone who recommended it to us, etc.). Well, it's a little hidden and is in a quaint little farm house. So cute. But when you get inside it's very up-to-date and modern. VERY spacious. We signed in and within... read more

Facial was great – My husband and daughters gave me a facial and manicure for my birthday. I had never had one before. I went to Patricias Day Spa and the experience was great. The only con was the wait. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and waited over 30 minutes before they called me back. the Facial was amazing. The gentlemen who did it was great. He talked but not to much. It was so relaxing. i would definately go back again with him. I also had a manicure. That was not so great. I could have done a better job m... read more

Do Not Go! – Horrible! I had an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. This was my first (and last) time here. At first, it seemed fabulous: the location, scenery, people, etc. But then the lady to do my nails came & got me. We went back to do my feet. That's when it started to go down the drain. This woman was completely unprofessional. She was gossiping about personal issues and relationships that people just don?t want to hear about when they?re at a spa relaxing. She even was complaining about how snooty the kind of pe... read more

Very Nice – I get a facial about every three months and have been to 3 other spas in San Antonio besides Patricia's. The others were disappointing in comparison with poor aestheticians, noisy, crowded, anti-relaxation environments, and high-pressure sales pitches for products. Patricia's is quiet, serene and spacious with skilled employees. I can't remember the name of the male aesthetician I had on one occasion but he was excellent. He asked a few questions about the reason for my visit (relaxation, de-stress) and then made... read more

AAAAHHHH! – I was so satisfied with my spa day I'm buying them for my gal pals! I started with a massage, which was interesting and relaxing. Hot stones combined with lightly scented oils, pleasant music and a massage therapist that was not too talky, but incredibly friendly and down-to-earth. Cucumber infused water refreshed me after my massage. My facial was great and the aesthetician offered some great advice for suncare and keeping my 30-something skin healthy. My pedicure was superb and made me feel like a princess, plu... read more

As comfortable as a friend's nice home, with body-care experts waiting to pamper you. – The Scene A grapevine door wreath welcomes you at the limestone split-level, reminiscent of a charming old residence. Behind the door, the heady scent of lavender fills a Saltillo-tiled waiting area with a quaint fireplace, buttery leather couch and plush rug. Hardwood floors lead to the spa, overseen by a demure painted Venus. The aqua-hued downstairs facilities include multi-head Vichy showers, a mega-jet hydrotherapy tub and eucalyptus... read more

Room to Roam – I visited Patricia's spa while on a business trip and found the atmosphere very relaxing. The masseuse that worked on me, I believe her name was Linda, started at the top of the scalp and worked all the way down to the toes. It was totally relaxing. There was no high-presssure sales pitch to buy the lotions and such and a tip was left at your discretion.
