In the last week we’ve had 3 appointments cancelled and 2 rescheduled with a different attorney each time. We were called just as we were leaving for our 2nd appointment to cancel it and reschedule, obviously short notice. Today we showed up for our appointment we were greeted and taken to a meeting room. Fifteen minutes later a man came in with our file, identified himself as the office administrator read the brief information in our file and proceeded to inform us that the office was closing. very rude and ineffecient made some mistakes and hung up on me when questioning her did not do the job asked in a timely fashion
