Patrea was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. My 2022 Mercedes GLE 350 was in the dealership literally every 2 weeks. On top of that I had to take it all the way to El Dorado Hills from Sacramento because the Mercedes of Sacramento told me if I was so unhappy to go back to my Honda and they refused to do any repairs. In my opinion, 5 starts is not enough for Ms. Bullock and her law office. From day one she clearly explained to me the process and what to expect. She always kept me in the loop of all the communications and returned all my calls and emails immediately. You will not find another lawyer that has her knowledge and expertise in lemon law.
