Patrea was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. My 2022 Mercedes GLE 350 was in the dealership literally every 2 weeks. On top of that I had to take it all the way to El Dorado Hills from Sacramento because the Mercedes of Sacramento told me if I was so unhappy to go back to my Honda and they refused to do any repairs.
