This place is great. Had a beautiful massage with Harper.
Went in to get a voucher for my partner for Father’s Day. I wanted to get a voucher for 75mins for $115, with the option for him to upgrade to a more expensive massage if he wanted, and he would pay the difference. They said he would have to pay the difference PLUS a $10 fee. Apparently the fee would be to use the eftpos terminal and “tax”. The person was rude and repeatedly suggested that I get him a Visa card instead. Can’t comment on the massages but I couldn’t get out of there quick enough.

I’ve made a few visits to Patra and have found the massages to be consistently terrific. My most recent experience with June was particularly exceptional. I left feeling well tended to and incredibly relaxed. Thank you.
The only time I've asked for a refund. The masseuse had the finesse of a front row rugby league player. I went in with a seized up lower back and came out with it worse. The pressure of the deep tissue massage was great but she grabbed limbs and folded them at speed whilst telling me to relax, leading to more pain and cramp in the affected area. I had no trust and regret the experience. To their credit they refunded.
