Kimberly was very professional and knowledgeable which is key when you need to consult with a lawyer. On top of that her services were reasonably priced. Will definitely come back if I need something else done.
I was really annoyed by Shannon Garrahan hysterical work ethic. She gets angry when I point out her mistakes, and she sends out invoices early even though the work hasn't been completed. I ended up doing all of her work, so I don't understand why I have to pay her, but she is the most unprofessional and incompetent woman I've ever seen, and I'm really disappointed. This office should not hire her. I want my money back.
Shannon garrahan ignored 2 appointments with no apology or explanation and didn't contact me for 2 weeks. The excuse was a delaying tactic. When she make draft motion the appeal it was full of lies that showed she didn't understand anything. When I told her she got mad. I have never seen such an unprofessional lawyer. Why does this firm use someone like this? I am going to file a complaint. Be careful.
