1. They stated it was in stock when purchased & we did not receive it until 2 weeks later. 2. Requested delivery 12-3 - Zero respect or courtesy call to let us know that they had put us “last” on the delivery route. 3. Delivery person calls at 2:30 stating they won’t be at our stop until 3:30 AFTER we waited all afternoon. 4. Called delivery person to express my dissatisfaction & she hung up on me - because I used “God Damn” out of our frustration. AWFUL EXPERIENCE

We dropped in last week and were welcomed by Sarah Price. Very friendly and certainly knew her products. She was very through answering our many questions. I highly recommend her and the great very impressive store.

We loved our patio furniture when we bought it but beware if something goes wrong ! Our Ramsay chairs have literally fallen apart. We submitted a warranty claim as recommended by the San Rafael manager, Cheri Sweet. It has been one month and we still have not gotten a response. There is no number to call or contact as no one really knows where their furniture is made. We're told they're overseas somewhere.
