I have had very good luck at patio world. I bought a Kettler table with four chairs and a galTech umbrella. I have been very happy with my purchase.
This summer I just bought a whole set (6) of the swivel rocker chairs, a couple of chaise lounge, bar stools and a cocktail rable. All by Tropitone. The quality and style is beautiful and the customer service that I received from Richard Feng was outstading.
I bought several Ramsey furniture peoces which I regret. Materials of the furniture wear and tear easily despite a very high price tag. The return policy is 24-hours so no recourse on their poor quality. The management at the store in Sunnyvale is awful and unhelpful in resolving the many issues I’ve had. FIND ANOTHER outdoor furniture store.
