We purchased a fire-pit from the Scarsdale store .. Patrick provided a level of customer care and support (even during this pandemic) that was exceptional. We arranged for me to pick up fire-pit in Stamford. When I finally freed up to call for pickup (several weeks later), the warehouse was closed for the holiday ..
