Kim was absolutely wonderful in helping me choose the perfect furniture. She has an incredible eye for design, and her warm, friendly personality made the entire experience enjoyable. As a manager, she’s kind and supportive, and her female team member was also an excellent communicator and a pleasure to interact with. I purchased an Adirondack chair through Kim and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend visiting her location over any others!
The level of incompetence, inconsistency and overall poor service is both baffling and disappointing. If you enjoy waiting until summer is over for outdoor furniture to arrive and love surcharges then this is your place!

I purchased a Tucci Umbrella there about 3 years ago for my back yard and it never properly worked. I paid over $11,000 for it and when I asked for it to be fixed I've been given the run around ever since. I will be reaching out to Tucci also and have done so in the past but to no avail. The last response I recieved from Patios manager was that she's retiring in 2 months and basically does not care. my advice to all is don't EVER shop at this store
