Initially they seems very good. However, the expensive outdoor chaise had a problem with the material. They said it would be easy to fix and I could do it myself. Based upon their recommendation, I ordered and paid for the material last fall. The directions are complicated and I decided I could not do it. The manager at Patio.com then said they could do it over the winter. I brought it in in February. The person there said the directions looked complicated and the manager could not do it himself. Environment was entertaining! Loved spending time in the beautiful establishment! Karaoke ✌ was awesome too!
