Don't order from this company - I had good experience in the past but now have waited since June for grill parts. Can't reach them for follow up
Unfortunately, I would have to agree with everyone's review below. I ordered fixtures to complete my outdoor kitchen on 7/14/18 and they processed payment immediately but did not ship the items. I have made inquires on 8/7, 8/22, 8/30 and now 9/6. I have only had one response to the 8/7 inquiry form the office manager Rijeana Pica stating that they are sorry for the delay, the items are unavailable and it may take another two weeks "or so" before they are available to be shipped. Awful. I think they have closed shop and robbed customers of their money with no delivery of items ordered as of August 2018. Do not attempt business with this company. Patio Sites or Bull BBQ Depot.
We ordered a Kamado Joe Grill and it came to my home with a chip in the ceramic exterior, spider cracks all around the chipped area and missing main parts, such as the chimney and handles. You would think after receiving a high end grill in such bad condition the return policy would be simple and streamlined, but sadly this is not the story of a responsible retailer, this is a story of a negligent one. POOR - ordered parts and not advised on back order until a week later - refund requested after 4+ weeks of waiting and 10 days on STILL not received - seems to be a trend with this business - now considering legal options as a matter of principle as they seem unable to make a simple refund- VERY poor service and attitude all round with this business
