Terrible customer service Truly, very poor quality on two occasions doing business with them I will never walk into that store again
Do not order furniture from Patio Shoppe unless you want to be disappointed! We purchased furniture from them on two separate occasions and received damage merchandise on both. They were not willing to exchange the damaged items either.
Fantastic shopping experience, no pressure to buy and just showed plenty of options and gave suggestions where I asked. Very happy with the delivery and set up as well. Highly recommend!
