Beautiful showroom-Great Staff and experience My friend always has bragged about this store and she finally brought me with her a few days ago. She was totally right. I couldn't believe how big the showroom was and how many choices you have. The salesman that met us actually remembered her and bought us over to the new tables, lounges, and fire pits. Great Experience-Recommend to ALL !! Great Experience-Recommend to ALL !! My husband and I went EVERYWHERE and decided to purchase from the Patio Shoppe. They had just about everything you could think of. The salesperson I worked with wasn't part of the family but she acted as if she was-- she gave me excellent service and knew the product very well. My furniture was delivered when promised and looks awesome on our patio! Everyone that comes over compliments us!
mlm20 I asked my designer where to go and she sent me here. I wanted good quality and I found the store had alot to offer. it's a big store,I would definately recommend. I went to a couple other stores but they didn't want to help, and they didn't have the same kind of selection
Worst Service EVER The absolute worst store ever!! I waited 5 months for my order to come in and another 2 months to be delivered. It was then delivered completely damaged. Had to fight to get my money back becuase they tried to scam me and I finally did. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CON ARTISTS. They are also rated a "D" by the Bettter Business Bureau (BBB)!!!!!!
the owner is slime i bought a hammock and stand recently for over 300$. The display model had a pillow with it and when i got it home, there was no pillow. A call to the management game a lame explanation it was for display purposes etc.. I consider this very slimy and would never do business here again.

Best on a weekday If you are searching for a new patio set, you will most definitely find one here. There are tons of sets in many different price ranges, from the inexpensive to the expensive. Everything here is beautiful. I recommend that you go during the week, as it gets really busy on the weekend. The salespeople are very helpful, and don't pressure you.
The worst!! Do not order from them unless you have a year to wait for your furniture. I ordered last May. I have been calling at least once a month to see why my furniture is still not ready yet. I am always told "it's due on the next shipment". Then one sales rep replied, "Don't you watch the news!?" Very sarcastic. Moved back into town from Los Angeles and shopped around for nice outdoor furniture and a fire pit. No one had the quality like the Patio Shoppe had. Very knowledgeable staff and feels good to buy from a long time family owned and operated store. Gave me good tips on how to care for my furniture too! Don't bother with the cheap stuff...these products are going to look good for years!
