Great experience with Kevin fitting me for new ski boots. Took the time to measure and explain the steps in the process. He and the other tech both took good care of me getting my boots compatible to my skis and bindings as well.

So today I went to Ski Haus, it was my first time, and I was blown away with the customer service I received. As if their inventory wasnt impressive enough, it's the customer service that has, hands down, compelled me to share! I am not an active skier or snow boarder or winter enthusiast at all...lol...I just want to be dry and warm! Damien took the time to introduce himself and give me a tour. Every employee is knowledgeable and genuinely excited to offer their assistance and share knowledge. I love Ski Haus in Salem, NH! UPDATE: Added a 5th Star, solely bc they responded immediately to my rating and asked how they can improve. Customer Service is top-notch. 5 Stars!
Best products and service around! Large selection of gear and apparel. Joe in the Salem NH location was AMAZING and went to great lengths to find me the perfect boots! Highly recommend!
