I can’t say enough great things about Ski Haus!! I went in this month to get my first pair of skis and boots, and the first thing I noticed was how kind and welcoming every employee in there was. Huge shoutout to Deni and Joe for having awesome customer service!! Deni was the one who helped me pick out my gear, and he took the time to answer any of my questions/concerns, and more importantly prioritized the right equipment for me over upselling. Most respectful, kind, and quick service. I made a mistake on my order and they were able to fix it promptly. I absolutely had a wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone.
Great experience with Kevin fitting me for new ski boots. Took the time to measure and explain the steps in the process. He and the other tech both took good care of me getting my boots compatible to my skis and bindings as well.

So today I went to Ski Haus, it was my first time, and I was blown away with the customer service I received. As if their inventory wasnt impressive enough, it's the customer service that has, hands down, compelled me to share! I am not an active skier or snow boarder or winter enthusiast at all...lol...I just want to be dry and warm! Damien took the time to introduce himself and give me a tour.
