I've been renting skis for a few seasons and I came to Ski Haus to finally get my own gear. I needed everything - skis, bindings, boots, poles, helmet. Joe took his time to walk me through everything, from fit to pricing and gear specs. He kept my budget in mind and I walked out with an awesome set up.
Online pricing and in store pricing do not match. We drove to the Salem NH location. A table and 8 chairs was listed as $1,999.00. When we arrived we were told it was over $6000.00.
I found a pair of ski boots on their website and emailed their online support team, Kayla. I was informed that they no longer had the boots and their website was showing a mistake. A week later I heard back from Kayla saying she did some digging and found the boots I was looking for and sent them to the Salem store. I work in retail and this customer service was above and beyond. I went and picked them up the next day. My feet have never been happier skiing in new boots! Thank you Ski Haus you have a new loyal customer
