We have been renting gear for our kids at Ski Haus for the last 3 years, and staff member Juno has always been amazing!! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs. She is one of the reasons we keep going back every year. And we drive from Georgetown, MA all the way up there.
Jake was super helpful and informative helping me get a snowboard setup within my budget. Great shop.
Connor went above and beyond helping to get my son set up with gear! We are new to the area, and new to the sport. He didn’t make us feel dumb at all! Thank you Connor:-)
Disorganized when it comes to appointments. Had to go back three times just to get the liner heat molding.
I went in for an adult ski boot fitting with Conner. I had a pair of boots that I thought were too small. Conner assured me that they were not. He put lifts in one, insoles in both and a heat treatment. I skied with them yesterday and the only complaint I made all day was about the cold temperatures not my feet. Thank you Conner. Can’t wait to ski again.
