Visited the store a few weeks ago to purchase patio furniture. The person who handles this department was not in so another associate took my contact info, including the furniture I wanted to purchase with a promise that I would be called back in a few days. I'm still waiting for the phone call - two weeks later. Customer Service is sadly lacking. I made my purchase elsewhere.
I found the Best selection of quality patio furniture in the area. My sales person was able to help me design what I needed around my existing fire pit. And while I was there I found they had the best selection of outdoor grills too. The quality was what I was looking for and I know it will last for years to come. All my friends are envious. Thank you patio and hearth shop.
Great pricing on top end patio furniture. The staff is very helpful and wonderful to work with.
They have really nice outdoor furniture and a large selection of gas grills.
