Joann and Dino were absolutely fantastic. Joann spent a good bit of time educating us on the firelog sets and helped us pick the perfect one. Dino installed the Firelog set for us. He had to come out twice, due to our gas line not being hooked up correctly. He was very, pleasant and super helpful on top of not charging us anymore for his inconvenience. Our fireset is beautiful.
