We cannot say enough good things about The Patio & Fireside Store in Seneca. Upon entering the store, we immediately recognized the quality of the furniture lines they carry. But the real impetus behind our decision to purchase here was the family that has owned this shop for the past 19 years. Joann & Dino are the BEST! They enabled us to browse without pressure, but offered knowledgeable insight when we had questions. Joann and Dino were absolutely fantastic. Joann spent a good bit of time educating us on the firelog sets and helped us pick the perfect one. Dino installed the Firelog set for us. He had to come out twice, due to our gas line not being hooked up correctly. He was very, pleasant and super helpful on top of not charging us anymore for his inconvenience. Our fireset is beautiful.
