Very helpful, patient and friendly.
Poor rating on people who don't stand behind defects. Buyers need to aware of this. I wrote this complaint. Then the owner responded with all kinds of crazy accusations. None that are true. Regardless you simply should avoid this place of business. On separate occasions I have purchased over 11,000.00 in furniture from them. When I had an issue with a defect on 23 month old cushions that cost 700.00 each to replace, one of the employees told me rudely there was nothing to be done. I posted a review.
