Furniture we wanted is high quality and. Sry comfortable. The delivery people were friendly and very efficient. It was a quick deal and they did a good and careful job.

It started bad and ended worse. My husband and i went into the store and was welcomed by John. After being in the store for 10 minutes he told us we had to put on a mask and I said no. I proceeded to go into another room and he told me I would not be interested in anything in there, its the higher end room. We had been moving so we were dressed down but still...we left. so glad we went here, we found a set that is PERFECT for us!! Our salesperson was Jamie,, and she saw pics of the area, chose a color that I was hesitant of, so we took home a swatch and BooM she was totally right! Thank you Jamie!!!! you are GREAT!

Beautiful outdoor furniture...ordered end of May furniture arrived within three weeks which was two weeks early. The delivery men were very nice helpful and friendly. I would recommend this company for any and all outside furnishings.

Purchased two beautiful swivel and rocking patio chairs with small round matching table. Just delivered today. Looks gorgeous on our patio and chairs extremely comfortable as they are also padded. Reasonably priced and came with material that we chose at the store. Deliverymen, Mike T and Mike S were very helpful and moved furniture around our patio until we were satisfied. Very professional delivery and set up and we have already recommended Patio Factory Supercenter to our friends who have also purchased a new home.

We had shopped in various stores, so we had an idea of quality and costs. When we visited the store, it was easy to find something that we liked because there were quite nice selections, and many sets were affordable. We did purchase 2 different outdoor sets, and unfortunately, part of one set was defective. Without me having to kick and scream, the problem was rectified satisfactorily. Best of all, the 4 delivery people, including Mike and Mike, were terrific, clearing the area and setting everything up.
