RecommendedTwo and a half years ago we purchased two outdoor recliners. One recliner had a hard failure where multiple welds broke. One phonecall and an email with pictures attached and a new replacement was delivered to our home. If only other businesses would stand by what they sell like Patio Showcase stands by their products! The next time we need outdoor furniture we know where we are returning to! Well Done!
They were awesome to work with. We had a 15 year old Lloyd Flanders dining set that needed cushions, they worked with us to get custom cushions made which were significantly less in cost than going through the manufacturer. Secondly had a Costco patio set- which is different sized cushions than most manufacturers. They hunted down the sizes as we knew the manufacturer of the set and had figured out for us what would work for this area too! Great at communicating status of our order. Highly recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
