I purchased the Sabi Coffee table in Nov 2023 and received emails from Stephanie stating that it is delayed. I have tried to contact her but she doesn't pick up her phone and doesn't respond to my emails.

I have filed a legal court case against patina as they have scammed me thousands of dollars. Also a current affair are wanting to expose them. Please feel free to contact me direct as the more people who they have scammed will expose the truth of this company and save others from being taken advantage of! Do not buy from Patina! I purchased 2 tables in August 2023 and received one which is nothing like the website suggested. The other never arrived. I also ordered 2 floor vases in which only arrived. I’ve been waiting for Stephanie Pryer to refund me for over a month now and off course not money has been received on my end. Legal action has been taken. DO NOT BUY FROM PATINA DESIGNS! Total scam, completely dishonest, disrespectful!

My daughter has ordered a Sabi Coffee Table in November 2023. Until now which is 7th of March 2024 she has not received it and also has not been contacted with any kind of update. I have been in contact with Stephanie Pryer on behalf of my daughter as I don't believe that the shop/business is legit. I have received a response just to let me know that the order is out of stock and it can take up to 12 weeks for them to receive it and then 2-3days to dispatch. Do yourself a massive favour and never ever order one single item from Patina House. I ordered the Sabi Coffee Table from them on 1st August, 2023 and after many follow ups and excuses we finally received our order on 20th December 2023 only to discover that what we received was nothing like what we ordered. This company is a complete scam. I tried to cancel my order less than 24 hours after I made a purchase, but they made it impossible to get in contact with them. I tried to call, email, message them via their website, Instagram and Facebook accounts. After getting nowhere I started to leave comments on their social media pages (have a look at their Facebook, there will be quite a few unhappy emojis, but they have removed all the comments). Purchased a coffee table from them in Oct-23. Never got it. It's now Jan-24. Poor communication by the staff. They don't reply back to emails and claim it went into their 'spam' folder. This happened at least 3 times. Don't bother trying to call their mobile number: 0450730437. They don't pick up and never return your calls. In the end I had to do a chargeback through my bank to get my money back but I lost $200 because I 'upgraded' my coffee table through PayPal.
