I’m absolutely disgusted with the service provided by this company. I’ve been waiting over 5 hours for a transport and they’ve been giving us the run around. Finally I called around 7:15 PM and the call was picked up by Jasmine. When I asked her for the ETA, she advised me that it would be 20 min. So I waited but still no one showed up to the hospital to assist with the transport for my family member. From the get-go, Jasmine was VERY rude and SO arrogant. Super rude and very unprofessional customer service called to ask about a simple question and got unnecessary attitude was trying to book a ride but i guess my friend was right who’s grandfather travelled with them once and almost had a panic attack and there was some dude named SAM in his van and he was very unprofessional because he wanted to have his meal before the move and he was even rude to the nurse he should be fired asap because he will definitely do something like that again
