Edited to update as I've learned a bit more: PFS is not an actual physical doctors' practice; it's more of a middleman that contracts with doctors, pulls in patients, and matches them up to receive cannabis prescriptions. After a few weeks of ignored calls, I showed up at the office where my consultation took place to insist that they return a darn call, only to be informed that "that was a Patient Focus issue."
