Tim gave a great massage but after that it went downhill. I'm not going to write a book but suffice it to say they are very unprofessional. They cancelled on me then no showed for the make up date. Had to change my c/c # as they kept charging it every month. If they hired an office manager to take care of everything they might do better. Between my communication with them and my c/c company I probably put 20 hours of my time in to this.Too bad because the massage was great.

I purchased a massage for my sister via Groupon. Pathways Wellness Massage & Spa were horrible about setting an appointment and we're unprofessional to say the least. Apparently they cancelled on the day of after making it rather difficult to schedule an appointment in the first place. I felt embarrassed after she told me how they treated her. I loved my experience here. Tim (co- owner) is an excellent guy and Faith was my masseuse and she has quite a gift for massage. She really helped relieve a lot of shoulder, neck and back tension. I was gifted a Groupon from my partner for a 90 minute massage. Just for the Owners info, when i called the phone # you's have listed on Groupon i never got an answer and it went to a voicemail that was full.
