My mother had a stroke in 2020, they sent multiple random and very rough therapists. The service was inconsistent, they would show up late or not at all. My mother who passed away in December of that year was extremely distressed by the care recieved as was I (her son). Pathways then sent invoice after invoice. I disputed their payments, their administration, and their approach. If you care about elderly or infirm loved one I strongly recommend to stay away from this group. Have been taking my dad here for physio. Stephany has been working with my dad to get his movement back to normal after he had a stroke. She is very good at her job.
