I live in Pathways right now and have been here for 8 months this sandwich is what I was served today for lunch . Not even any butter on the at least three day old bread. The main choice was red meat on a hot dog bun with melted cheese I have eating issues that doesn't allow me to eat red meat Pathways is well aware of that and when I came in here I was told my eating issues wouldn't be a problem for me they could and would work around it. Mom moved in at short notice The staff were very accommodating for this difficult transition. We have all been very happy with the care and services provided.
Disappointed in the calibre of service, leadership, follow through, cleanliness. The residents, however are personable and welcoming. Not a positive experience.
