If I could give it 0 stars I would. It’s been almost 2 years my child is still on a waiting list to see a therapist. Every time I call they can’t give me any information on when or how far along the list we are. They keep saying a couple of months. When they say someone will reach out to me they never do and I call back to follow up and they just say sorry and leave it at that.
Ever since the company Clarvida (formerly known as Pathways of AZ) took over services, their customer service has gone downhill! I was put on hold for over 20 minutes more than once. In addition, the employees at the front desk are very rude and give customers an attitude for what it would seem like within their normal job duties. The 3 out of 5 stars rating is only because we like the therapist there.
I've been going here as well as my children but the lack of employees is killing this place. They REFUSE to answer the phone. Seeing as how this is a therapy place and people are in need of emergencies that is HORRIBLE business. This place has gone way down hill. I hope they hire just a phone person that does nothing else but answer phones. They might get people to come back. If you think you need help please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I do not receive links to telehealth appointments despite them confirming my email address and stating they did, which causes my daughter and me to not have our appointments (as I sit here with the same problem) and they list it as a "no show'! REALLY? When I call, I very very rarely get anyone one to answer the phone. I leave voicemails but do not get a response. Our med refills get delayed also.
