Office staff could not be more rude and unprofessional. Was looking to make enquiries to send my loved one here, but after speaking with the reception staff on two separate occasions now, I will be choosing another facility to care for my loved one. The office staff reflect the facility itself, and they are arrogant and unpleasant at best.
A friend was in this beautiful facility for 3 week's respite. It is situated in a quiet street, surrounded by beautiful homes. The smiling welcome by Kylie set the tone. The building is light and bright with a blue and white colour scheme. Stylish sitting rooms with contemporary furniture and paintings. Airy dining room and beautiful gardens.
