Right away I liked the serene atmosphere when I walked inside Pathways. The space is beautiful, with a sunny studio, several private treatment rooms, and art hanging on the walls in the main area. I've enjoyed all the classes and services I've had here--tai chi, massage, and meditation. Really lovely center.
I have been taking Thai Chi classes at Pathways, and our instructor Ed, has been fantastic. I have learned so much in the past 6 months, and never imagined just how beneficial this art form can be for a person, spiritually, physically, and emotionally. They are extremely professional, and great with the students. I highly recommend Pathways as a resource for mindful living.
