I tried to call them a few times on Sunday because I was urgently looking for a cab. No answer even though they advertise 24/7. Very disappointing. Even one star is too much.
At first I was skeptical about Pathway because they didn't have a lot of Google reviews but I am so glad I ended up trusting the associate I spoke with on the phone who took my payment ahead of the ride. This company is solid, great service! They worked with me and provided me with a smooth ride to where I needed to go. The driver was extremely helpful and friendly during the long ride I had through southern VA. Couldn't have been better 5 stars no doubt, would recommend to any friend or family member.
