Very very happy with having Kristen as my massage therapist for almost 2 years now. I have a very unexplained muscular issue with my neck and shoulders combined with hyper mobility and a lot of physical activity that causes me almost daily pain. Kristen has been there every step of the journey, including my most recent ankle sprain from playing pickleball. Her knowledge of various techniques and ability to adjust to the new info my doctors are relaying is priceless. Would recommend her for any issues you’re having!
