5-2-25 Landlords Beware! My tenant gave notice, we signed the forms, Pathstone approved and paid for her new place for May. She is still in my home. I have a new tenant currently waiting to get in a home he paid the first months rent and security on. He is looking for a new rental, since he can't get into mine, and if he finds one due to this tenant holding over, I will be seeking the rent from Pathstone and the tenant . I rather not
Working with Pathstone has been ideal. Always answers my calls. They check in from time to time with new offers. They found me a position within 2 months of applying. Kudos to Rismii and Robert. They've been great.
Change case managers change with out notice of and kind. Constant calls NO reply EMAILS NO reply I get things change .a response is necessary .I hand in my documents when I receive notice, I bring them 2 days later, but yet they get upset ,in this year alone I have had (3) case mangers, with out any introduction in any manner.
