I rather not
Working with Pathstone has been ideal. Always answers my calls. They check in from time to time with new offers. They found me a position within 2 months of applying. Kudos to Rismii and Robert. They've been great.
Change case managers change with out notice of and kind. Constant calls NO reply EMAILS NO reply I get things change .a response is necessary .I hand in my documents when I receive notice, I bring them 2 days later, but yet they get upset ,in this year alone I have had (3) case mangers, with out any introduction in any manner.
I am a landlord who is working with PathStone's Tracy Pagan. We had a rent amount for our 3 bedroom house with a two car garage of $1,450.00 from 8-1-20 to 8-1-21. The following year I asked for a $25 increase and was told I missed the deadline for increases. So this year I applied for the legal increase ahead of the deadline and sent it certified mail. I just received a notice that my rent for 8-1-22 to 8-1-23 will remain at $1,450.00. What a joke! Can't reach anyone at PathStone as the mailboxes are full! I no longer accep... read more
