We rented a home that has many issues. Pathlight did not have the house move in ready as promised. In the beginning work orders were accepted and sone things were fixed some were not. Now I’m receiving replies that the home is ‘as is’ and they will not fix a broken interior light or replace the attic cover. Beware that they do not take care of their properties. Several maintenance workers have commented that this company is a joke. I deeply regret renting this house and will leave the day our lease expires.
If I could rate then a negative, I would, daily. Biggest scam company ever.
Five stars to Richard for his excellent customer service. He literally went out his way to solve an issue for me. He even called my mom to reach me. It’s appreciated for sure!
If I could give one star I would. Communication is TERRIBLE. We went 5 business days without receiving an email back regarding a rent payment that was mailed in, we then called them for an update and the customer service specialist had us waiting for an HOUR while trying to get ahold of a rent specialist with no luck. He then escalated the matter to the account manager who took another 3 days for an update. Have had endless maintenance issues.
