This review is for Luke at Pathfinder Project Services for our new-construction build. The planning process, work and installation was excellent, timely and on budget. My wife and I are very please with the capabilities and capacity of the Generac unit that we have and we saw this demonstrated much earlier than anticipated (keep reading). We have been thinking of a whole home generator for years especially as we are snowbirds and want to ensure the safety of our home through the cold Canadian winters. We had three companies from Vernon come to look at our house and give us estimates for installing a backup generator system. Although Luke’s estimate was not the cheapest, we still went with him because it was clear that he knew his stuff and he really cared about and making addressing our needs and not exceeding our budget. We were kept informed of every step of the Generac install process and the work was completed quickly and efficiently.
