Ruth, Amy and the lovely ladies. Always greet me with a smile, giggle and answer my questions... if they can't answer the question, they take the time to look up the info... I personally have had my own hiccups. They work with me. Keep up the great work ladies.

I've been banking with Pathfinder since 2017 and I've never had worse banking service. Between their fraud department constantly canceling mine and my husband's debit cards because of unknown charges that have to be questioned and/or disputed, to the numerous issues we've encountered in the last 4 months. I would never recommend this bank to someone who values their finances. Very dissapointed. I went in to close accounts for an estate. The Lacona branch demanded the original court documents that allowed me to be the Administrator. I said they could not keep the originals. Their legal department said they could copy them. When they handed my documents back to me I did not check them, I just put them in a folder. When I went to use them at another bank I found that one of the court documents was a copy not an original. I contacted Pathfinder. They said they only had copies, no originals. Difficult to get on the phone. Also they charge you for your monthly statement. They didn't mention that when I opened my account. However, when I went in to talk to them about it the teller waived the fee and I really appreciated it. The bank itself isn't great but the people are nice.
