I had an amazing experience with Mia at the Cicero Pathfinder branch! I was dealing with a frustrating issue with my car loan due to a previous employee’s mistake. I was originally told nothing could be done, but Mia went above and beyond, making phone calls and finding a way to get everything corrected. She was extremely helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue. Pathfinder is lucky to have someone like her! Thank you again, Mia!

My branch has excellent and good customer service. I don't understand why people are giving bad reviews to this bank. I believe that as you sow, so shall you reap. Maybe evil areas have evil services because of evil people, but I have never faced this kind of problem. This bank always provides better services with respectful customer treatment.

I’m new to the area and when I walked in , I was greeted by Assist Manager who immediately assisted me and took the time to answer all my questions- great customer service experience.
