This bank sucks!!! So does their customer service. I unfortunately had to deal with this awful bank because they bought Berkshire in Syracuse .
This is one of the worst banking institutions in the United States, Support your other local financial institutions rather than this one , Seriously not talking about any particular branch because it's all of them throughput the U.S. ! Will never never open any kind of bank account at Pathfinder , in fact I suggest you find a way to get an account through a FCU , since credit unions don't make you wait for debit cards or charge for checks !
