My branch has excellent and good customer service. I don't understand why people are giving bad reviews to this bank. I believe that as you sow, so shall you reap. Maybe evil areas have evil services because of evil people, but I have never faced this kind of problem. This bank always provides better services with respectful customer treatment.
I’m new to the area and when I walked in , I was greeted by Assist Manager who immediately assisted me and took the time to answer all my questions- great customer service experience.
This bank sucks!!! So does their customer service. I unfortunately had to deal with this awful bank because they bought Berkshire in Syracuse .
