Tracy is an amazing massage therapist. Her Polarity Therapy sessions are a must for me. A gifted practitioner.
Tracy, as a Polarity practitioner, has an incredible power of embodying the needs of her clients through heart, mind, and soul. I had the pleasure of receiving a session from Tracy, in which she allowed me to feel my heart in mind. Through active listening, Tracy uncovered what I most needed; to get in touch with my emotions, and allowed me to transcend my emotions, in order to welcome these in the physical plane, also allowing for self acceptance. Thank you Tracy for the transformational experience.
You haven't had a therapeutic massage until you've seen Tracy. Seriously. The way she intuitively finds locked up places and brings relief and mobility to sticky areas is a gift. She's the first massage therapist I've seen who applies the right amount of pressure where I want/need it. As a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, my body is my job, and I need it functioning fully. Tracy is an essential part of making sure I'm moving my best.
I came to get a massage not realizing I would meet someone so genuinely kind and open hearted. Tracy is a great listener, the studio is so relaxing and inviting, and I ended up having a beautiful conversation with her that I didn't expect. She is gifted in not only massage therapy, but wellness and communication. From one mama to another, thank you, Tracy, for everything.
Tracy worked hard to squeeze me in her schedule for an acute pain issue I was experiencing. She is a spectacular massage therapist! I’ve had my fair share of massages over the past two decades and she is by far one of the most intuitive and professional therapists I’ve had the pleasure of seeing. Highly recommend!
