Dr Ryan Peeters was so helpful. I started seeing Ryan for a 20 year old shoulder injury (labral repair in 2004) and chronic hip pain from a torn labrum. While I was able to work out and be active pain was a part of my daily life. I limited my range of motion when exercising to protect my shoulder and avoided running because my hip would invariably hurt after. Met Ryan at a race n Media and booked in for a 4 session plan and gait analysis. Struggling with chronic calf pain & running accountability. After a few sessions pinpointing my weaknesses I am now able to run without having to stop and stretch my calf every mile and signed up for the Philadelphia marathon with him taking care of programming aswell. Highly recommended

I recently worked with Dr. Ryan to strengthen my back and improve my hip mobility for deadlifts, squats, and kettlebell swings. Dr. Ryan was very methodical in his approach and pinpointed areas that needed improvement. We worked over a period of several months to ensure that I was addressing the core issues and building on exercises that I could do at home.
