I recently worked with Dr. Ryan to strengthen my back and improve my hip mobility for deadlifts, squats, and kettlebell swings. Dr. Ryan was very methodical in his approach and pinpointed areas that needed improvement. Absolutely amazed at the work that Dr. Peeters does! I went in with pain and limited mobility in my hip and knee. The entire process with Dr. Peeters has helped me learn more about injury prevention and recovery techniques over the course of 6 weeks.I am also pain free and running better than I ever. I’ve learned so much about the sport of running, mobility help, and inner strength for myself. I highly recommend Dr Ryan as both a PT and general running / movement coach.
