This is nice small gym and is a good fit for someone who is looking for a gym that is more relaxed then the stereotypical loud gym. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and can adjust to the size of the class reasonably well. The check in process consists of attendees writing their names on a piece of paper. There is little room for late arrivals to ease into a just beginning class without being unintentionally disruptive.
Path 2 Self Performance rocks! The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, and the staff and members make everyone feel comfortable, no matter their fitness level. The trainers are knowledgeable and always willing to help, and the overall vibe in the gym is motivating and encouraging. It’s a great place to work out and feel part of a community. Highly recommend!
