I used this guy for a trademark dispute. In my opinion he is either totally inept and did not understand a rudimentary trademark term of "concurrent user" or even worse did understand it and tried to get me to agree to sign a document that would have turned me into a concurrent user and given all rights to my company name away to the other side in some private back room deal to protect the opposing lawyer, John Maldjian, that declared on a federal trademark application he had no knowledge of anyone with rights to the mark ot... read more
