Spoke with a representative named Jeff front the Florida office. This guy was unprofessional from the start. He talks like a used car salesman to the point you can hardly hear him. When I told him I can't hear him he gets a attitude. When I told him I felt the price for a patent review was to high he called me cheap and said that's why I don't have anything off the ground. I would never work with a company like this. Thank you for letting me know what kind of company this is.
