typical garbage. i cant approve cc ttansactions in real time via the app when they flag something so my friend had to pay for dinner. when i called they send me to a third party so i cant cancel the now fraudulent transaction and have to call during business hours where i can't get past nonconsensual biometrics. beyond useless. aggravating. dysfunctional.
Warning!! Do not bank with this company! I'm literally in a different country and they don't want to return money to me that was credited from another company. Even after sending the email and proof that the merchant returned the money on their end Patelco is trying to neglect following through on their end. I even called the merchant to double check and verify. This banking service is a scam. Go anywhere else, especially if traveling overseas.
