Like every bank, there are some inconveniences, but nothing special. When you arrive, you are greeted with good customer service. Miss Maria Enriquez is an employee with excellent service, she explains your questions very well, and she is very friendly.
Honestly when I started on this bank everything works fine and not problems but with the time all the system and service change and they so slow and now this is the second time they have issued with hacked the system and is very frustrating don't have access to the money they bring only 500 dlrs is really bad I moved out from this bank is not good place anymore
