Outstanding service! I came to this branch for the first time and within a few steps I was offered help by Ms. Glenda. I wish I had known about this branch prior to being notified that the Santa Clara branch was closing (although they were pretty great as well). Keep up the great work!

Like every bank, there are some inconveniences, but nothing special. When you arrive, you are greeted with good customer service. Miss Maria Enriquez is an employee with excellent service, she explains your questions very well, and she is very friendly.
