Ive been with Patelco CU since 1984. Always a great experience with banking, loans, financial advice, etc. They hire friendly knowledgeable staff.
Stephen was great—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience enjoyable. He took the time to answer my questions and provided excellent customer service. I had a great interaction and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
They really need to open more branches. Also, when I call customer service on the toll-free number that robotic machine will ask too many questions and then hang up on you. They need to have a human answering. Not many branches to go to. Not convenient for anyone.
Opens late closes early. San Bruno branch close at 6 pm.
