I am still working on my auto loan here, take so long to get updates. I will update later. Update: It has now been a full month since my auto loan was pre-approved. Unfortunately, my assigned loan officer has not responded to my messages for a week. I had to call customer service myself today to get any information. The marketing department also reached out after my initial review to say the loan is processing, but there is still no clear timeline.
