I was transferred to a service member Anna Suvorinova for a car loan. She helped me set up my loan. She was able to provided me information for the best loan and strategies to keep me with a budget. The process went seamless and she took the time to listen to my needs. Thank you for making this experience memorable.
This Patelco branch is awesome
Really great customer service but the atm keeps having issues and it really becomes a problem when there is limited help inside available. I had to just leave and was unable to do a simple deposit based on limited people working and an atm not being able to do it's job. This is of no fault to the employees, they're doing their best and I appreciate them for that.
