Had a bad experience this morning. A person bypassed the line went right up to front (5 customers in line) and demanded service as soon as she sat in her chair her daughter (baby) placed for her. The teller immediately served her without hesitation. It was rude and obnoxious and it would definitely been a different situation if I had behaved the same way. I would have been told to wait my turn!!! Patelco, shame on you!!!!
Very convenient and stress free
Had a terrible experience dealing with Patelco for the mortgage approval of my first home purchase in the US. Patelco's mortgage consultant Catherine Pham ( NMLS 836554 ) made all the false promises by offering the lower rate to waste my time and $1360 in the appraisal, title verification and HOA verification - all of this to say we cannot do your loan at the end because you don't have enough credit history in the US.
