Been a lifetime member 15+ years. Never had a problem. Went in Today and both the Counter Lady Ciara and the Manager Divena (the Latina one, not the African American Dianna who is awesome) anyways, both Ciara and Divena have horrible attitudes and both should be nowhere near a bank.
ALWAYS UNDERSTAFFED! Only two tellers open, lines all the way to the door! ATM card never works, tellers tell you to call the number but NO ONE ANSWERS! Worst bank ever.
