I have use Milan Patel’s services twice already and just signed up for the 3rd time, so far no issues with him or his team. I look forward for the same experience without a doubt in my mind! I have paid him for his services and not the other way around for this review !!
Guys, stay away from this guy primarily due to his office staff who are unbearable and rude to its core that even title company and lenders call me and say they cannot work with these kind of guys. He personally is knowledgeable and gets the stuff done but all lies at his secretary's disposal and that's where the real problem lies. Don't believe the good reviews posted here as they all might be from his relatives and friends. Just talk to their office staff few times and you can judge yourself.
His secretary Stephanie is pathetic to Core. Can't work like such ppl.
