Great Place to Shop! – To ZanderALA: you seem to be a big cry baby. If you think that's rude customer service, you obviously don't get out much. In regards to Patel Brothers, I have an excellent time every time I go there and I am a regular visitor. It has nothing to do with being Indian or American (I am American). Customer Service in the US? Are you kidding?! – To ZanderALA: Sorry for your bad experience. It was really disrespectful. I think the ?Customer Service? culture doesn't exist in the US at all! Americans should learn a lot from Japanese how to treat and respect customers and almost never make mistakes. New Heights of Rude – Well, I definitely do not recommend going here unless you want to be mistreated in jaw droppingly, innovative, rude ways. My first "great" experience with this place was about a year ago when an older Indian lady was manning the cash register and the new $20 bills had just come out.
