I use to come here for the great fresh produce. Now, as of the last 2 times I went, (because it's within close walking distance, I've purchased bananas that 'Seemed" fresh enough from the looks, but were in fact Black and mushy. Unedibal. Waste of money. Also, bought avacados. 4 of them. 2 at a time on different days. Not ripe yet as I like to wait until just right. Couldn't even cut them open. Black and brown and disgusting. Please check your payment receipt before u leave store this people over charge every customer because it’s happened to me twice if u tell them they don’t like it so please check u r receipts services it’s suck please forward this message so they don’t rip other people
1 star is plenty for the DISGUSTING customer service at this Waltham store. If I could give a rating of minus 5 stars, I certainly would. What the heck do this particular store owners / the staff at the billing counter, think about themselves? Stores don't do any SERVICE to the customers. It is the other way around. You people are not giving away anything free of cost. So, NO NEED to be rude to customers. If you cannot stand by your products, then QUIT selling. NEVER again will I shop at this horrible store again.
